Incense has a long tradition. Practically all advanced cultures of mankind used incense. In ancient Egypt, Persia & Arabia, in India, China, in North and South America. Our ancestors also practised smoking. It was part of their everyday life and was used for celebrations but also in times of distress and illness. Over the years, access to incense has been lost. But fortunately, a return is slowly taking place. Because incense works on the psychological, physical as well as energetic level.

The Lucerne author Susana Garcia Ferreira is an expert on the subject of incense. Together with her, we have launched five incense blends that are attuned to different themes and can be used and applied accordingly. All blends can be smoked on the incense burner as well as on the teapot.
